Cast iron roaster, round, 24 cm in diameter, 3.8 liters, with lid. Black with a rough surface.
Cast iron roasters are excellent heat retainers and ideal for cooking and serving. Perfect braising due to good heat distribution and retention. In this braiser, dishes can be seared sharply and then cooked gently over hours with minimal energy. This results in particularly tender dishes with outstanding flavor.
