Cast iron roaster, round 26 cm Ø, 4,6 L, with lid. Black with rough surface.
Cast iron roasters are excellent heat accumulators and ideal for cooking and serving. Perfect braising due to good heat distribution and storage. Dishes can be seared in this casserole and then cooked further for hours with little energy. The dishes become particularly tender and have an excellent taste. Also very well suited as a bread baking dish. The beautiful rough surface makes the taste even more intense.
The lid preserves the aromas and dishes remain tasty. The lid knob is made of solid stainless steel, and is therefore also suitable for the oven. Heat resistant up to 300 degrees.
Calido is the trendy cookware series with a long life and optimal heat storage from kela. Compatible with all cookers and ovens, including induction.
