Cast iron oval roaster 36 x 29 cm, 9,3 L with lid

This cocotte is perfect for slow-cooking braised and oven dishes. Braise thanks to good heat distribution and retention. Dishes can be seared in this casserole and then cooked further for hours with little energy. This makes the dishes particularly tender and
a special taste experience. The oval shape makes the top ideal for large poultry.

The lid preserves the aromas and dishes remain tasty. The lid knob is made of solid stainless steel, and is therefore also suitable for the oven. Heat resistant up to 300 degrees.

The rough enamel coating on the outside and inside gives dishes an even more intense flavour thanks to the larger surface area.

Calido is the trendy cookware series with a long life and optimal heat storage from kela. Compatible with all cookers and ovens, including induction.
