You can change the value from R (RED), to G (GREEN) or B (BLUE) to change the colour of the backlight. Press the rotary switch to change the setting to "R". Turn the Rotary Switch to change between 0-8. Press the rotary switch to confirm the setting. Then press the Rotary encoder to change the setting to "G." Turn the Rotary encoder to switch between 0-8. Press the rotary switch to confirm the setting. Then press the Rotary Switch to change the setting to "B." Turn the Rotary Switch to toggle between 0-8. Hello, if the Mercedes has the normal cut-out 1, the radio will fit. The Blaupunkt has the standard size Din 1.and connection is also no problem, there are adapters.
Which of the buttons are you trying to use to skip? Spotify works fine for me. I can switch with the two buttons on the left below the "cassette slot", as well as with the large ones on the bottom right. Is your Spotify in "auto mode" while it's being scrolled?

The radio has ISO 10487 sockets and should be present on vehicles from the 90s onwards. As a rule, the existing plugs can simply be plugged in and everything works.
