I listen to music with my iPhone 11 Pro Max via Bluetooth. I just can't skip songs with the buttons on the radio and always have to go through my phone. So far I have only listened to music with Spotify.

Which of the buttons are you trying to use to skip? Spotify works fine for me.

I can switch with the two buttons on the left below the "cassette slot", as well as with the large ones on the bottom right.

Is your Spotify in "auto mode" while it's being scrolled?
