Hello all. I installed the Bremen in my 90 Range and was looking forward to great DAB sound. Unfortunately nothing happened. The DAB reception is INCREDIBLE!!! It breaks up all the time, even in places that should have guaranteed DAB reception (Gotthard Tunnel?). Simply a big disappointment. FM and streaming works flawlessly, DAB just doesn't. What can I do? The best thing is to get a new radio.

Two things (from the generous person who shared with me):
a) Make sure you read and follow the README file
b) The upgrade only worked for me when I plugged the USB drive into the
front of the radio, (I first tried with the rear input which failed)
In the DAB TUNER menu there is a setting for the DAB antenna supply. (Manual p25)
Should be set to ON.
DAB did not work at all for me. The device was replaced by Digitec without any problems. With the replacement device, everything was fine. According to internet research, there are often problems with the DAB module. Otherwise, a very successful retro device!
Hello Marc, your problem is rather the antenna, or rather the DAB antenna supplied. In my case, the plug of the DAB antenna was loose at the beginning, but after fumbling around, everything was fine. Or the installation of the DAB antenna (earth) is not correct. Or the cable of the antenna is broken.
Tip: When your device is working again, be sure to check the firmware to see if you have the latest version.
It was fine for me - but the car with the radio has been sold in the meantime!
That's right, the DAB reception is miserable with this device, it constantly breaks down. I will also update the firmware according to Arminlinde and hope for improvement.
