These are the game highlights in February for PC and console
What with magic wand duels, mutant steampunk robots and football with orcs, February is full of adventure. Below are the upcoming game highlights for PC, Playstation, Xbox and Switch.
In February, it’s way too cold to go out. Skiing is also too expensive. So, it’s better to stay at home and warm up with the hot games that will be hailing down on you in the next 28 days.
«Deliver Us Mars»
The sequel to «Deliver Us the Moon» is a sci-fi adventure with puzzles and climbs on the red planet.
«Deliver Us Mars» comes out on 2 February for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series.
«Tails: The Backbone Preludes»
In this game, you get to experience the background that led to the events of «Backbone» through the eyes of four different characters. It’s a mystery adventure game that’s reminiscent of the sensational comic series «Blacksad» thanks to its animal protagonists.
«Tails: The Backbone Preludes» comes out on 2 February for PC.
«SpellForce: Conquest of Eo»
The «Spellforce» series dates back to 2003. Sometimes they’re role-playing games, other times real-time strategy (RTS) titles. The latest is «Conquest of Eo», which sees you commanding mighty heroes and sending their armies into battle.
«SpellForce: Conquest of Eo» comes out on 2 February for PC.
«Perish»
If your index finger is itching for gaming then take a look at «Perish». It lets you butcher hordes of monsters with as many as three friends – all to the soundtrack of cool metal.
«Perish» comes out on 4 February for PC.
«Hogwarts Legacy»
There’s not much else to say about the open-world action role-playing game set in the «Harry Potter» universe. It could be good.

«Blanc»
A poetic story about a wolf cub and a fawn who have to find their way in a snowy wilderness. «Blanc» is a two-player game
that comes out on 14 February for PC and Switch.
«Wanted: Dead»
This is a slasher-shooter where you accompany a zombie task force as they slice through countless opponents in a cyberpunk world. It looks totally freaky and is from the same studio that brought us «Ninja Gaiden» and «Dead or Alive».
«Wanted: Dead» comes out on 14 February for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series.
«Returnal»
The sensational rogue-like sci-fi shooter for PS5 is now also available for PC.
The release for the latter is 16 February.
«The Settlers: New Allies»
After the slightly damning first previews, Ubisoft postponed the building sim game once again. You’ll soon find out if it paid off.
«The Settlers: New Allies» comes out on 17 February for PC.
«Wild Hearts»
This is Omega Force’s take on a monster hunting game. It’s brought to you by the same studio responsible for «Dynasty Warriors» but this time in collaboration with EA. I’m excited to see how it pans out.

«Atomic Heart»
This game’s weird sci-fi steampunk world is incredibly reminiscent of «Bioshock». The studio, which was set up in Cyprus, based the game’s backdrop on the former Soviet Union.
«Atomic Heart» comes out on 21 February for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series.
«Like a Dragon: Ishin»
This is an action role-playing game from the makers of «Yakuza». It’s set in 1860s Tokyo with its Samurai swords and revolvers.

«Horizon: Call of the Mountain»
This is a spin-off of the post-post-apocalyptic adventures with robot dinosaurs designed for Sony’s new VR headset, PSVR2. The story is told from the perspective of a new character. But you’ll also cross paths with the series hero, Aloy.
«Horizon: Call of the Mountain» comes out on 22 February for PSVR2.
«Kayak VR: Mirage»
Kayak through beautiful landscapes with virtual reality.

«Blood Bowl 3»
This is for anyone who thinks standard football isn’t gory enough. In any case, orcs are the better people. And they're green(er).

«Sons of the Forest»
Enter the next instalment of the horror survival game «The Forest». You have to fight for your life on a remote island full of cannibals. Either alone or with friends.

Here’s the sequel to the real-time strategy game set in the Second World War. You have to manage supply lines and command your hand-picked troops.

Forget SpaceX. Build your own flying object and fly it into space.

Meet the follow-up to the Japanese fantasy role-playing game with lovely pixel graphics and blur effects that sees eight new heroes being sent off on an adventure.
