Product details
The 10 metre long Deltaco EV-12110 charging cable has a maximum charging power of 7.6 kW at 32 A. The 1-phase charging cable is equipped with a type 2 to type 2 connection, which is standard in the EU.
With this cable, you can charge at most charging stations in Europe.
The IP66 certification protects the cable from dust and strong jets of water, making it ideal for charging your e-car in wind and weather. The charging cable is suitable for all modern vehicles with a type 2 connection, including AUDI, BMW, Hyundai, KIA, Mercedes, Porsche, Seat, Skoda, Tesla, Volkswagen and Volvo. The connections of the charging cable are silver-plated. The 3-phase cable is made of TPE material, which offers good resistance to oil and UV light.
The charging cable is monitored by bidirectional communication. This means that there is an exchange between the vehicle and the charger. Before charging starts, a self-test is performed to ensure that the cable is properly connected and the car can be charged.
Furthermore, a mechanical interlock locks the charging cable, this protects against theft and unauthorised use of the cable. After charging, first disconnect the charging cable from the type 2 connector on your vehicle. The cable must not be repaired or spliced, as this may impair its safety and function.
