Each complete rotation of the rope is recorded as a full jump. Additionally, it tracks calorie burn and workout times. The app provides interval training recommendations and motivates you by awarding badges and allowing you to compete with friends. You can also sync the app with Apple HealthKit for an even more accurate overview of your physical condition. The rope can be adjusted for users up to 2.08 meters tall. Be sure to check the rope carefully before cutting it, as you cannot make it longer again afterward.
