Soft, large, lies flat
I've only ever had cheap mats. What a difference! This is hardly any thicker, but it's nice and soft. It's finally long and wide enough so that you really have freedom of movement and don't have to keep adjusting yourself. After unrolling, it also stays nice and flat on the floor. Perfect!
