With its three sides of different lengths, the Plyo Box has the ideal jump height for everyone. With heights of 51, 61 and 76 cm, the Jump Box enables plyometric jumping and cross training
adapted to the respective performance level and training requirements. The Plyo Box is made of sturdy, 11-layer multiplex wood and can withstand all loads. All parts are cleanly sanded and painted so that the Jump Box can be used indoors as well as outdoors. The edges of the robust jumping surfaces are rounded so that even unsuccessful jumps do not cause any injuries. Two grip holes make it easy to move the box.
