This cocotte is perfect for slow-cooking braised and oven dishes. It allows for braising through excellent heat distribution and retention. In this braising pot, dishes can be seared and then cooked gently for hours with minimal energy. This results in particularly tender dishes that offer a unique taste experience. The oval shape makes the pot ideal for large poultry.

The lid preserves the aromas, keeping the dishes flavorful. The lid knob is made of solid stainless steel, making it suitable for the oven as well. Heat resistant up to 300 degrees.
