The Airthings Wave Mini air quality monitor detects the total concentration of volatile organic compounds (TVOC), temperature, and humidity in indoor air. The Mini visually indicates air quality with colours, and the user-friendly app provides very accurate additional information about measurement results. The Wave Mini also supports the Airthings Hub accessory.
The Mini features mould risk detection. While the device cannot detect mould directly, when installed correctly, it can provide an estimate of the risk of mould growth. This estimate is based on an algorithm that utilises temperature and humidity. More information about this function is available in English.
In April 2021, pollen information was added as a new feature in the app. This information comes from an external source, meaning the device itself does not measure pollen levels. With pollen information, you will know when to close windows, use an air purifier, or air conditioning.
