Yes, but you either have to install a different CPU and update the BIOS first, or you have to flash the BIOS via USB. Before this is done, the PC will not "post". If flashing is done via USB:

Format the USB to FAT32 and delete the name from the USB.
(This also deletes all data on it, important!!!).

Download the latest BIOS version from MSI.

Open the BIOS folder (there should be 2 files, the .txt can be ignored) and copy the large file into the USB.

Change the file name to msi.rom.

Insert the USB stick at the back of the I/O shield in the second row from the top, on the left.

Press the flash button. (I/O shield at the top left)

Then a red light should flash inside the PC where the stick is plugged in. Do this for a few minutes, then the PC will restart and everything should work.
