Due headphones are charged with the block and the block with a USB cable. There is nothing about wireless charging on their website either, so I wouldn't assume that.
I think they're at least as good! You can't go wrong with these headphones. Get more info about the headphones here https://www.q-twist.de/bluedio-bluetooth-kopfhoerer
If a reset doesn't help and you still have a warranty, I would try calling customer service.
Anbei die Hilfe der Herstellerseite. Eventuell hilft dir das bei deinem Problem. :) https://support.urbanista.com/support/solutions/articles/43000509719-connection-pairing-issues-with-stockholm-
Of course, it can't be such a flyweight. Error is reported in the system.
So I can only make a phone call to one, but it has to be the right one.
hello, they ended up in the bin, very bad product, sorry

I have an iPhone and it works. Did you connect exactly according to the manual?
Each flash of the LED on the side indicates a charge level of 25%. So if it flashes four times in a row, you know you can take it out again. So the flashing is normal. If the headphones do not work, you can of course send them in at any time within the warranty period for testing and, if necessary, repair/replacement.
The headphones should only switch off if you press one of the logos for more than 5 seconds or if you place the headphones in the charging case. Otherwise, I would file a warranty claim if they turn off for no apparent reason.
We have no personal experience with this and cannot make a remote diagnosis. Please contact our customer service directly so that we can check your request. You can find our contact form here: https://helpcenter.galaxus.de/hc/de/requests/new
We are sorry, but unfortunately we cannot help you very well from a distance. I invite you to write to us by email or open a warranty case through your customer account. :) https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/requests/new
One headset has no indicator and the other warns that the battery is about to run out.
According to my research, it can work with one pair of headphones, but only if it's the right one. Otherwise, you would have to get new headphones. You can find some information on pairing in the instructions and on the Internet: https://www.manualslib.de/manual/770487/Urbanista-Stockholm-Plus.html?page=12
This is due to the Bluetooth connection. Please reset the headphones and try again. If this does not work, please contact our customer service so that a warranty case can be opened. Reset: Place both headphones in the case, press and hold the logo on the headphones for 10 seconds, remove the headphones and place them side by side, then reconnect the headphones to your phone.
The best thing to do is to contact our customer service directly at https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/requests/new. Your request can then be examined individually.
We regret that you had such a bad experience with the product. We will be happy to receive your feedback and pass it on internally.
Normally they are charged after one hour
just take them out of the box, if this does not work they are probably defective.
In this case, please contact our customer service directly so that the problem can be checked. https://helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc/de
I also had this problem recently. Then I completely recharged the batteries of the headphones in the case. After that, everything worked perfectly again.
