Question about Urbanista Stockholm
When I take the headphones out of the case, they do not react, i.e. no flashing etc.. The headphones were in the box overnight for charging. The box flashes red when the headphones are inserted... normal?
Each flash of the LED on the side indicates a charge level of 25%. So if it flashes four times in a row, you know you can take it out again. So the flashing is normal.
If the headphones do not work, you can of course send them in at any time within the warranty period for testing and, if necessary, repair/replacement.
