Because by chance Digitec doesn't have any in stock at the moment and third party suppliers can also release their offers here?
1400 mAh, for the capacity of the battery supplied in the kit
The packaging says 2.7 metres. Unfortunately, I no longer have mine to check.

The battery of the "Xbox Play & Charge Kit [USB-C]" does not mount directly in place of the controller's standard battery compartment. Instead, it replaces the battery compartment cover of the controller. Here's how it works: - The rechargeable battery is inserted into the battery compartment of the controller, replacing the standard battery covers. - The rechargeable battery cover attaches to the back of the controller, ensuring that the USB-C connection is accessible for charging. Thus, this is not a simple battery replacement, but rather an adaptation that replaces the battery compartment cover with a rechargeable battery.
Automatically generated from the .I would send it back, fortunately Digitec is very uncomplicated. Maybe it's the battery itself.
So it's faulty. I also had to send one back because it wouldn't charge.
In the Xbox Dashboard-> Press Guide at the top right you have a battery status display.
I had the same problem with a phone charger adapter... On the other hand, it's OK on the console when it's ON.
You can insert the battery into an Xbox controller and connect it to the PC. The battery of the controller is then charged. However, there are different specifications regarding the wattage with which a USB port on the PC supplies the devices. Depending on this, the charging process, if it can be charged at all, takes a very long time.
I think I've found the reason: Connect the other end of the charging cable to a USB port on your Xbox. If your console is switched off, switch it on. The console must be switched on after connecting the controller, otherwise the battery won't charge. However, you can switch it off again if you wish. The LED on the charging cable lights up orange to indicate that the battery is charging. When the light turns white, the rechargeable battery is fully charged.
Maybe your boycott decision triggered the problem?
Hello CaliSpielt Unfortunately, I can't answer this question exactly either, as I am not a professional in this field. Sorry, but I am sure that another person can give you information. I wish you all the best. With kind regards Thomas

I have tried various USB-C chargers, some worked and some didn't (don't know why). But what has always worked is connecting directly to the console for charging. I hope this helps.

Maybe a bit late, but better late than never. I also just looked at Mediamarkt - there the part really costs 22 CHF, but they add 7 CHF shipping. Here it costs 39 CHF, as it is not sold directly by digitec. Digitec sells it for 29 CHF, but doesn't have any in stock at the moment and doesn't know when they will have them again :(
Unfortunately, we currently have no information on availability. We are not aware of a suitable alternative so far.
The cable is usb-c to charge the battery via the new controller.
Hello, Definitely YES. I didn't think the old battery was bad, but you can clearly feel a difference here. The USB charging cable is also very long, which is great.
The question function is not there to unload personal frustration in the community. In case you haven't noticed yet: There are worldwide delivery bottlenecks for very different products. This one has been like that for about a year (I ordered one at about the same time last year and waited almost two months). Neither Digitec nor the manufacturer can do anything about that. The situation is what it is. If the waiting time is too long for you, you can still cancel the order and get your money back.
