Cat. 6 cable for operating frequencies up to 250MHz in the shielded version with single pair shielding designed as a foil shield (U/FTP). Version as ribbon cable for use in particularly space-critical conditions, suitable for Gigabit Ethernet. The cables are individually packed in a polybag. The gold-plated contacts ensure reliable, corrosion-free plug connections over very long periods of time. The snagless clip protection prevents the snap-in clip on the plug (jack protection) from breaking or tearing off. This allows the cables to be stored and processed without the clips getting caught in each other. The very flexible and thin ribbon cable design allows extremely space-saving installation under laminate or parquet flooring or between skirting board and wall.
