The Vivosmart 5 from Garmin offers an emergency call function in the event of a fall and is very easy to use. The battery life is very short.

The Garmin Vivosmart 5 is comfortable to wear, records a lot of data and is easy to use thanks to clever menu navigation and clear displays. In direct sunlight, however, it is difficult to read the pricey tracker.
