Product details

With the EOS 2000D and its 24.1 megapixels, you can easily capture first-class photos in DSLR quality and Full HD videos with a cinematic look, even in challenging lighting conditions. Instantly share and remotely control the camera with Wi-Fi, NFC, and the Canon Camera Connect app.

Take the next step with a 24.1-megapixel sensor that has an area up to 19 times larger than that of many smartphones – allowing you to capture your stories with attractive background blur, even in difficult lighting conditions. Uncomplicated creativity: Live view shooting with easy-to-understand tips is provided by the Creative Auto mode – and for a unique finish, there are numerous creative filters. Just aim at the subject and shoot – the automatic subject detection ensures top-notch results.

Capture spontaneous moments in creative Full HD videos, or use Video Snapshot to easily highlight the best parts of your day. With precise autofocus, continuous shooting at up to 3 frames per second, and the DIGIC 4+ image processor, you can preserve the moment just as you remember it. Composing your shots is simple with the optical viewfinder, and the results can be viewed directly on the 7.5 cm LCD screen.

Using Wi-Fi with NFC and the Canon Camera Connect app, you can transfer your stories directly to your mobile device, from where you can share them on social media or create a backup – or use your mobile device as a remote control for the camera. Wi-Fi connectivity and functionality may vary by region and device used. Not all functions or devices are supported; see the complete technical specifications for more information. Compatible Android devices with NFC support.
