The premium studio headphones ATH-M50x are ideal for recording, mixing, and DJing, as well as for enjoying music on the go. The over-ear design and 90-degree swiveling ear cups are essential features for DJs, while the extended frequency range and crystal-clear reproduction across the entire frequency spectrum will excite musicians, audio engineers, and beat producers alike. The package includes three detachable cables: a 3-meter straight cable, a 3-meter coiled cable, and a 1.2-meter straight cable.

The fully closed design of these headphones is not very breathable, but it delivers powerful sound and rich bass. Additionally, external noise is effectively dampened. Conversely, good isolation is also ensured: outsiders can hardly hear your music.

Der ATH-M50x ist ein Kopfhörer, der Filmprofis und Musikliebhaber gleichermaßen in Verzückung versetzen wird. Die robuste Bauweise und der große Ausstattungsumfang sind neben dem ausgezeichneten Klang seine starken Argumente. Angesichts des zudem günstigen Straßenpreises von knapp 180 Euro ist das Gerät ein echter Geheimtipp.

Der Testsieger überzeugt mit einem sauberen Klang sowie guter Detailwiedergabe. Dabei ist das Modell auch preislich fair und hat einen sehr hohen Pegel. das Kabel ist austauschbar und nur beim Bass spielte der AT etwas unsauber. Dennoch der verdiente erste Platz, wobei er mit deutlichem Abstand sich den Zweitplatzierten vom Leibe halten konnte.
