Food processors with cooking function: three out of nine are good

The Thermomix is a myth. Probably no other kitchen appliance has such a dedicated fan base as the 1,110-euro mixer with built-in heating. Vorwerk says it has already sold more than one million units of the current model. But is the bestseller also the best? Stiftung Warentest tested three stand mixers and five food processors with cooking function against the Thermomix (prices: 87 - 1,120 euros). Three appliances scored well, one only poorly.
