13 Vacuum and mopping robots

Never vacuum or mop yourself again - that's the promise of cleaning robots. Stiftung Warentest regularly tests what the robots can do on hard floors or carpets, how thoroughly they mop - in short, what they are good for in practice. Many devices show weaknesses, especially when it comes to mopping. However, there are also a number of good models. The price differences are great: The cleaning aids cost between 160 and well over 1,000 euros. With the publication of the January 2024 issue of test, we have added 13 new devices to our test database: nine vacuum-mopping robots and four pure vacuum robots. The majority of the new models have service stations. These relieve humans of work - for example, by pumping dust out of the robot or cleaning its mopping cloths.
