Floor cleaner tested - Gentle cleaning with a single wipe

Cleaning products for all kinds of floors are on the shelves in the shops, including parquet and laminate cleaners. They should not only clean the floor, but ideally also impregnate it and thus protect it from moisture for a long time. How well does the balancing act between cleaning and care work? Do inexpensive commercial brands offer the same performance as well-known brand products? Or are all-purpose cleaners and soft soaps sufficient to wipe sensitive floors clean? The answers are provided by the test of 16 floor cleaners: four cleaning products for parquet and laminate flooring performed well, including inexpensive ones. The best floor cleaners tested remove dirt, dry quickly and also impregnate effectively. However, many products failed to achieve a good test result, either because they leave heavy wipe marks after drying or because they attack surfaces. Not every product is a good choice for the environment either. A comparison is therefore worthwhile.
