SADPAL Catalyst 1 kg

Catalyst for the combustion of soot. An excellent solution for cleaning decorations and chimneys. The use of SADPAL removes:

• Air pollution with soot (black smoke), larger aromatic hydrocarbons of type PAH 3.4, benzo[a]pyrene, benzo[a]pyrene monoxide.
• The need for mechanical cleaning of boilers from soot (sediment) – downtime associated with cleaning the furnace from soot (sediment) reduces the frequency of soot ignition in the chimney.

By using SADPAL, you reduce:

• The emission of sulfur dioxide into the atmosphere from saved coal by 12-20%.
• Coal consumption depending on the heating value by 12-20%.
• The SO2 and NOx content by 10-20% in the flue gases.
• The corrosion rate of steel construction materials in flue gas systems.

Application method: In a well-heated boiler, apply a dose of the preparation on the first shot such that the smoke exiting the chimney is white – for example, for a boiler with a total area of 3 m² – 0.50 kg of the preparation. Subsequently, SADPAL is introduced into the boiler along with mixed fuel at a ratio of 1-2 kg per 1 ton of fuel (coal, fine coal, sawdust). The powder can be served by sprinkling coal into a bucket or by directly pouring it into the furnace.
