The SC 6027 blood pressure monitor is an electronic device for non-invasive self-measurement of human blood pressure and pulse rate in adults using the oscillometric measurement method on the bare left wrist in a home environment at room temperature. Self-measurement is unsuitable for children or disabled persons. For these persons, blood pressure measurement should be performed by another non-disabled person. The measurement of blood pressure is performed around the exposed left wrist. If it is not possible to perform the measurement on the left wrist, use the right wrist. The blood pressure monitor has a WHO indicator. This classifies the measured values according to the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO). After successful measurement, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure as well as the pulse are displayed simultaneously. The determined values can be transferred to a smartphone or tablet via NFC.
