German plug
Why doesn't Digitec learn from all the comments and include an adapter for Swiss sockets from the outset? Does every customer really have to file a complaint individually so that such a part is delivered later and one can actually use the product?! Unspeakable.

Dirty product

Damaging and chunky
I’ve used many rotating brushes and this one is the worst, especially for medium length hair. It gets EXTREMELY hot, it hurts the scalp and hands and surely damages hair. The device is really big, it’s heavy and it takes time to get used to it. The brushes aren’t great either, especially one with plastic things, because it just bounces on your head.

Unfortunately does not work
I must have received a broken appliance that only heats up when it is lying still and switches off whenever it is moved. As it was sent - sustainably and inexpensively - in the original packaging, which was taped up all round so that I could only destroy it completely when I opened it, it is not possible to return it in its original packaging. I still burnt my hand briefly because I reflexively held it to my hair when I first brushed it. I also can't use it while it's hot as it has no protection. The swivel cable makes the brush unstable and always pulls on it so that it falls everywhere. Unfortunately, not what I expected.

- Risk of burns; as you tend to press your hand against it when brushing
- Rotating cable does not allow the brush to rest nicely and thus pulls on it.

DONT BUY IT
It gets hot in 2 minutes and you cannot turn it on fo 15 minutes until it gets cold. Tangles hair extremly. Terrible

Classic hairdryer
My expectations were definitely higher. The product fulfils its purpose.
But unfortunately there is no difference between power level 1 and power level 2.
In addition, the buttons are poorly positioned so that you have to hold the hairdryer far and wide so that you don't switch it off.Pro

FRENCH PLUG - INCOMPATIBLE IN SWITZERLAND
I asked to return the product because the plug is incompatible, and I don't have the space to use it (plug in the bathroom mirror in a space too small to accommodate an adapter).
Except that, because I've opened the packaging (yes, because I actually wanted to use it), I can't return it.
So Galaxus gave me two options: take the adapter or sell the product myself.
No other solution...
So, and this isn't written in the product description: if you're in Switzerland, you'll need an adapter to use this product.
My current solution is to use a power strip from my bathroom mirror, plug the adapter into the power strip, and I'll finally be able to use this superb product. I bought this product to replace my old hairdryer and save a bit of time (no more need for my round brush + the hairdryer) but now I only need the blowing brush (+ the adapter + my power strip).
You guessed it, I'm absolutely delighted to have bought a product with a French plug from a Swiss website :D
Make it make sense.
