Data hungry app
The toothbrush is very good on its own, but the app is a disaster, especially when it comes to data hunger. Why does the app need my location when I only want to pair it with the toothbrush? Moreover, still and not only during use.
Why do I have to share my usage data with Philips so I can use the app?

Defect one month after the end of the warranty
The toothbrush is broken after 2 years and 1 month. Parts of the moving mechanism inside are broken. The toothbrush was used on average about 5 times a week.

Bought a year ago, both handsets already defective and had to be replaced
These devices are getting worse and worse, unfortunately. With each new generation, new features are added, but the quality gets worse and worse. Now both handsets broke after less than a year and had to be replaced. Of the replacement devices, one now broke after 3 months. This is embarrassing. We still have our travel and replacement handset from 2018 and that still works fine. Too bad.
