Panasonic EW1511
ok, i spent some time looking around various reviews and each time it pointed me to Philips. There are different models, but this one has the largest water reservoir meaning it gives enough time to do the job without refilling. It is a little big, but still is easy to handle. There are 5 intensity levels, so i start at Level 1. In front, behind, between the teeth and it worked. Debris/Bits missed by brushing were blasted out by the water. So my process is now....brush teeth, use this water spritzer and then mouthwash. I have tried Level 2 and it gives the gums a nice massage. I haven't pushed up to Level 5 yet, put i suspect this may cover my bathroom with water.
On a side note, it goes make a very interesting water gun.

Who has experience with the previous models, (EW1411/EW1211) can start right away with the strongest water output and it still feels gentle. Thanks to the larger water tank, I certainly take more time and thus have the feeling that the EW1511 cleans more thoroughly. An almost empty battery is indicated by an LED light, as well as when a full charge is reached. It seems to me that the EW1511 takes 2 to 3 secs of startup time after each startup to get into ultrasonic water ejection mode. Before that, the water jet and noise feel like the previous models. According to the instructions, the bottom cover should be removed after each use to dry the device. I am therefore curious how long the bottom lid thus remains tight and the closure can be operated. For this reason, only 4 stars (see also "Contra".

Super, I would buy again! Can no longer live without oral irrigator. Teeth feel smooth and clean.
After use, be sure to take the lid (bottom) from the attachment and let it dry (I have not done the first few weeks and the water has smelled very slightly; who can read, is clearly at an advantage - is in the instructions. :-)
