The fabric is a little rough
Expectations fulfilled
Does what it should. Level 3 does not get hot, but warm enough to warm up the body. Has been in use for several months and works perfectly.

Good product, does what it should do
I was under the impression that this belt was charged up on the mains, and that it could then be worn freely, no wires attached (i.e: one could go for a walk outside while wearing it). I was slightly disappointed when I realised that it had to be attached to the mains electricity at all times. But that should have been obvious to me, for otherwise it would have required a huge battery pack! I also looked at lots of other models, and without exception they require permanent attachment to the mains. Other than that the belt is easy to use and works well.
