Speak plain language? Klartext is the new party game with laughter guarantee. It is important to guess as many sentences as possible in a team. Sounds simple? But it's not, because the'mouth shutters' not only make the players look completely crazy, but also make them unable to close their mouths completely. This distorts words as they are pronounced and reproduces them in a completely different way. Can the team members guess the sentences despite the laughing flash? Klartext is an insanely funny party game that creates a cheerful atmosphere and a lot of laughter when friends or family gather at the table. With 200 double-sided speech cards, boundless fun is guaranteed. For 4-10 players 16 years and up... Attention, the time is running! The first player of a team starts and inserts a mouthpiece - the'Mouthlock'. Then here we go. The hourglass is turned over and the time is running! The player draws the top card from the deck and reads it aloud. Meaningless and pointless sayings represent a real challenge and are waiting to be reproduced as comprehensibly as possible despite the lockjaw. Is it possible to formulate a sentence like'The coffee with milk would rather be a chamomile tea','My friend Theo has a brother named Leo" or'A pair of tweezers is no pipette' in an understandable way and not to be distracted by the laughter of the other players? To win the card, the members of your team must now correctly guess what the player said. The lockjaw prevents him from forming the words correctly and formulating the sentences. Not only does this look totally silly, but it also makes the talking player think he's speaking plain language, but it only results in gibberish. He is allowed to'talk' and gesture wildly with his hands. As soon as the other players have guessed the sentence successfully and accurately, they put the card in front of them. Then a new card is drawn and the clear text speaker continues until the hourglass has run through. He may even skip a sentence. In this case, however, the opposing team receives the coveted card. After time runs out, the player removes the mouthpiece, retains the cards won by his team and hands skipped cards to the other team. Now it's the opponent's team's turn. After each player's turn twice, the game is over and the teams count the cards they have won. The team with the most cards wins!
