Product details
The BuddyPhones InFlight headphones allow you to select 3 different volume settings. The safe flight mode limits the volume to 94 db and allows safe listening in noisy environments. The safe child mode limits the volume to 85 db and is ideal for normal hearing applications. The safe Toddler mode reduces the maximum volume to 75 db and is therefore optimal for children with sensitive hearing, attention deficit and/or autism.
BuddyPhones from onanoff are special headphones for children with a unique design and a sharing technology that enables them to share the hearing experience with other children. For this purpose, an audio splitter is integrated into the BuddyPhones' cable, to which up to four additional Buddyphones can be connected. The sensitive hearing of the child is optimally protected by the limited volume of the BuddyPhones. BuddyPhones are based on the maximum value of 85 decibels specified by the WHO. However, BuddyPhones can do much more: they are extremely robust and resilient and, thanks to an elastic headband, adapt to growth. The headphone cushions are made of anti-allergenic imitation leather and are easy to clean.
BuddyPhones have been specially designed with sharing and security in mind. Increased noise levels are proven to be harmful to hearing and can cause negative long-term effects. The BuddyPhones headphones therefore have an integrated circuit for volume limitation, which automatically limits the volume to 85 dB. 85 decibels is a value recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) for children. Because the headphones are designed for children's safety, parents can relax and do not have to constantly check the volume.
