The offer is customer deception, as nowhere on the website is reference made to the device import with the wrong plug.
The electric mower does not have a Swiss plug with SEV standard 1011, but a Schuko plug, as Galaxus purchased it from Germany. An adapter should be included so that it can be used at all. This was missing from the delivery!

The lawn mower was delivered in April 2020 with a German Schuco plug connection, so you can order it right away from Amazon!
Of course you could use a CH/D adapter, but with those the plug always slips out and the whole thing becomes handy.

Anyone who buys this lawn mower should immediately point out to Galaxus that it unfortunately has one of those thick ugly German SchuKo couplings on which the "female" of a common Swiss cable unfortunately does not fit.
I've just written to Galaxus and I'm looking forward to hearing what they have to say.
The mower itself is great, you can even mulch with it and the cutting height can be easily adjusted with a lever.Pro
