Personally, I shape it lengthwise, like a rocket or screw, and hop to the bottom.
Personally, I shape it long and put it quite deep in the ear and to remove it you need a little rod to get it out. I can't even hear the bangs or the firecrackers.

- finally being able to sleep for 9 hours without being woken up by the neighbours

The best earplugs I have ever had!
To ensure that they always remain hygienic, I wash the *earplugs briefly with soap and water after each use. This means I can use them* for a longer period of time.
