In principle, installation is simple, provided you can read the connection diagram and work safely (remove the fuse, check for voltage). You either have to hardwire the cables or use plugs. Depending on what kind of motors are installed, I would check again in a rented flat. I don't know anything about the home assistant, as I use openhab.

Hoi Tedi84 A direct connection to HomeKit is not possible. You can control the Rollershutter via Homee or Homebridge with RaspberryPi and integrate these components into HomeKit. Greetings
Maybe if you clamp everything together afterwards, but then the operation would be via a button and always all the blinds at the same time. But I'm not an electrician, so there may be possibilities, but there are certainly already several push-buttons, which would mean that each push-button would be a control.
