Application: Before use, completely remove the cotton from the earplug with clean fingers. If necessary, slightly reduce the size of the plug by tearing it. Do not reuse torn pieces. Knead the plug until soft, shape it into a cohesive, sufficiently large ball, and gently press it against the outer ear canal to create a tight seal. Do not insert deeply. After use, remove the plug only with your fingers. A gentle push from behind on the ear can loosen the plug. Do not use hard or sharp objects for assistance.
