Mean Well introduces a new power supply series with high power density: in closed design for PCB mounting the series MPM. Compared with the size of the last generation - PM and NFM - the size of the new series is only one-third, but has a wider operating temperature range, higher efficiency and lower no-load power.The design of this series complies with IEC / EN60601-1 3rd version and ANSI / AAMI ES60601-1 guidelines, meets the requirements of 2x MOPP and has a low leakage current (<80μA). It is approved for level BF medical devices with direct patient contact. Suitable applications include medical test equipment, portable medical equipment, and medical equipment requiring ultra-low standby power consumption, etc.
