Look at the back of the instruction manual, it has a table with recipes (possibly only in the English part of the manual, I'm not sure). However, most of the recipes are Korean. It's true that this model is designed more to cook rice than to be a cooker for everything, I think other Cuckoo models have more programmes. Soup might work, but yoghurt, for example, this cooker can't do, unlike other Cuckoo cookers, because as far as I know you can't turn on the multicook function long and deep enough.
