It doesn't automatically switch off... Also, water was dripping from it near the bottom... Unreal. How can you deliver something like this?

I have had my unit for more than 2 years. The kettle automatically turns off when it achieves boiling ; I have not experienced any leakage. The unit operates as I expect it should without any problems.
