In the linked Youtube video, the possibility of preparing tahdig is described (at about 2:20min). However, I can't find anything else about this online. Has anyone here already gained experience and prepared tahdig in the Cuckoo CRP-R0607F?
I have used the scorched rice / nurungji programme repeatedly. It makes a nice crust for my taste and I love this kind of rice. I add a little rice seasoning each time.
