Is the charging station easily accessible for the Roomba? At least 50cm distance on both sides, plus path not blocked.
Please test the charging station as follows:
Make sure that the charging contacts on the charging station are clean (no black spots).
Place Roomba 20 cm in front of the Base Station (towards the Base Station), then press the Home Button.
If it still doesn't work, you will need to return the Roomba and the Base Station to us.
