I have now ordered this device once. Let's see if Galaxus manages to process everything correctly for once. After the last disaster, I actually wanted to delete my customer account. I'll give it another chance. I hope that a) they don't tell me for a fortnight that the goods are on their way, even though everything is still in the warehouse, and b) that half of the goods don't fall out on the way again because the packaging was so bad and no one wants to pay for the damage. And last but not least, that I c) receive what I ordered - I already received a table grill instead of children's items....
now landed after all. another order has even 'overtaken' this package. so everything okay.
Even five days later, no Caso in sight.
Addendum: You have to know that the order volume is immense again at the moment. It should simply not be advertised so prominently with a delivery on the following day. This obviously cannot be kept.

Interim status: Despite being available "immediately", the parcel is still not on its way three days later. The post office reports that the delivery has only been registered. Either I pull the A... card every time, or the second Corona wave leads to a noticeable additional volume.
