I have just received the Cuckoo. Since I am blind, I still need someone to explain the appliance to me and set it up. After studying the manual, I would like to know which programme I use to cook wholemeal rice / brown rice (not brown rice!), sushi, bulgur and polenta, etc. Thank you for your support.
