Hello I have just received my new Biotan induction. I have always had Biotan for about 12 years but always with a removable handle. The new one has a fixed handle. Is there any way I can change it? I find it very practical to put the pan in the oven. Thank you for a quick feedback:-) mfg Markus

The pan can also be placed in the oven with the fixed handle. However, you can loosen the fixed handle. The removable handle can be ordered separately.

dear unknown,i would refrain from doing so.i would never have the confidence that the handle would really hold.bad experience:i once had a cast iron pan on the kitchen floor-never again!.with kind regards elisabeth laffer
