Has anyone also had the problem that the robot cannot connect to the WLan? iPhone. 1. scan the QR code of the Dreame 2. app now says: "Connect to the WLAN of the router" Whereby I am of course always connected to the WLAN. I have now also disabled my 5GHz network and the iPhone is definitely connected to 2.4GHz.

It took me 2 hours to get the wifi (Wlan) recognised by the device. I tried a number of things: uninstalling, deleting caches, reinitialising, changing the password, in fact everything I could find on the Net. The problem was solved simply and directly after disabling the mobile phone's VPN. I'm passing on this information here to save time for anyone else who has the same problem.

Update:
Thanks for the tips!

For me the problem was the following, it's hard to believe, but it is, trust me ;-) :
When setting up the Dreame, the app requests access to the location. I granted this, but only with an approximate location.
=> App hangs at the said screen.
Then I enabled the precise location, tried again and et voilà and it works.

Pro tip:
Once setup is complete, location sharing can be denied completely without any disadvantages.

I don't know if it's the same problem, but when my robot couldn't connect to the WLAN a reboot of the router was helpful

I have the same problem, the password has changed on our WLAN and I can no longer access anything. How should I go about this with the Dreame L 20 ultra complete?

Hello, can I ask you if you have already solved your problem and if so, how? I have the same problem at the moment.

Does it really say "Connect to the WLAN of the router" or Wlan of the Dreame
Instead of connecting to the home network (Sunrise xxxxxx) you have to search for W-Lan > Dreame xxxxxx > Connect network
5GHz network is not supported.

The problem often occurs with such devices...
I would try the following:
- Restart the router
- Do not be connected to the 5Ghz (the devices are usually not compatible with it)
- Try a wifi reset on the robot

Otherwise, please formulate the question a little more clearly as to what exactly is not working. Then I can go into it in more detail. And if possible, describe the exact process.
