Yes, you can also knead and bake your own recipes. In the instructions, there is an overview of the programmes and for which type of dough they are suitable. With the (total) amount of ingredients, you should stick to the instructions and try something. Our first 2 loaves were not perfect right away. But here, too, there is an overview of what you should change in the recipe to make it more successful.

The agitator is much stronger than in many cheap machines. You can also knead heavy doughs without it breaking down.

You can have your own recipes kneaded, but I have not yet tried whether they can also be baked. If the quantities indicated in the programmes are adhered to, it should also work.try!
