If required, it can also be quickly pushed to the side. To prevent unwanted vacuum from forming inside the pot, WMF trailer lids have small holes. The steam is drawn off through them in a controlled manner: nothing rattles, no water splashes on the stove. The stainless steel handle can also be handled relaxed during cooking, as the heat from the lid is not transferred to the handle. The flat lids are made of durable Cromargan or glass and are easy to clean - by hand or in the dishwasher.
