Die kleine Grillfläche des Severin bietet wenig Spielraum. Dazu gibt es nur eine Temperatureinstellung, was ein individuelles Grillen kaum ermöglicht. Deswegen benötigen Fleisch und Gemüse ziemlich lange, um den gewünschten Bräunungsgrad zu erreichen.
