Für Eiweiß, Sahne usw. ist der HM 3830 sehr wirksam. Monieren ließe sich hier nur der sehr erhebliche Schallausstoß von = 81,2 dB. Schade ist außerdem, dass man die Rührelemente von Hand säubern muss, hier also keine Spülmaschineneignung besteht.
