Good rice cooker for connection to solar (via converter)
I bought this rice cooker to cook rice with the solar system and am grateful that it only draws 220 watts of power. This means I can cook rice for 1 person in approx. 22 minutes using the 24 V-> 230 V converter (when the sun is shining). Draws at 24 volts = 220 watts/24 volts = approx. 9 amps.
Very good workmanship and quality, has been cooking rice and spaghetti for almost 2 years. Not like the former "cheap" China rice cooker 100 watts / 12 volts, which gave up the ghost after about 1/2.Pro
